kx08 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the kx08 platform. This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.

kx08 operates a mobile-first online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services accessed through the kx08 platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or participating in any game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Access
Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on kx08 you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. kx08 may request proof of age for verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending payouts.
Geographic Restrictions
kx08 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that using this platform is lawful under the local laws and regulations of their area. kx08 reserves the right to suspend or close any account accessed from a prohibited country or region.
One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all related accounts will be closed and earned bonuses and balances may be forfeited.
Section 2 — Account Registration and Security
Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a clear breach of these Terms. kx08 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card or passport) for verification purposes.
Password and Security
It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If unauthorised use of your account is detected, notify kx08 immediately. kx08 will not be liable for any loss arising from account security issues if the user fails to report in a timely manner.
Account Closure and Suspension
kx08 may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of the Terms
- Suspected fraud or dishonesty
- Abuse of the bonus system
- Failure to cooperate with the account verification process
- Breach of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies
Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
kx08 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this limit will be processed.
Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. kx08 does not have the right to reject a withdrawal without reason, however a temporary hold may be applied where AML verification is required.
Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Your payment information is never shared with third parties. A reference number is generated for each deposit and withdrawal to ensure transaction accuracy.
Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
kx08 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The first deposit must be ৳500 or more to qualify for this bonus. The combined amount of the bonus and the original deposit cannot be withdrawn until a 25x wagering requirement has been met.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus applies to one account only — multiple bonus claims from the same person, household or device are not permitted.
- Bonus offers are valid for a specific period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- No bonus has a cash value and none can be withdrawn directly.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are eligible for bonuses.
- kx08 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
The kx08 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week
Through regular active participation you can be promoted to the next tier. VIP tier benefits and cashback are credited at the start of each week.
Section 5 — Gaming Rules and Fair Play
Fair Play Policy
kx08 is committed to ensuring impartial and fair gaming. The games featured on our platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is entirely random.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Exploiting bugs or errors in the game system
- Collusion or unlawful cooperation with other players
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Systematically attempting to circumvent the bonus system
Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault or server outage, kx08 will review the specific circumstances and make a decision. In such situations, kx08's decision will be considered final.
Section 6 — Sports Betting Special Terms
Bet Acceptance and Settlement
Sports betting markets may change before the scheduled time. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets on all sports including cricket and football are settled on the basis of official results. Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments are determined in accordance with the announcement of the relevant organising body.
Match Cancellation or Postponement
If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bet will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded. The same policy will apply if a match is rescheduled to a new date after the original scheduled time.
Section 7 — Privacy and Data Protection

Section 10 — Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content on the kx08 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of kx08. Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. The names and brands of third-party game providers are part of their own intellectual property.
